Rosetta is very good at her trade. I am out of state, and working on buying homes to rent out. As one imagines, this is very stressful. It is good to know that I have someone with connections that I can trust. I have had an excellent experience as I learn the area. She is able to guide my wife and I away from places to avoid and introduces us to great neighborhoods. On several occasions, Rosetta personally previewed houses in which we were interested. When I have issues-as every homeowner does- with my house, she knows just who to contact. I noticed that if there is something she doesn’t know, she is honest about that as well, and usually works quickly to thoroughly learn the issue and then respond to my question. To date, we have purchased two properties employing the services of Rosetta. One duplex, and a single family home. She found both of them for me and my wife. I had issues getting organized, and was not able to meet the inspectors on one of the properties. She met them for me. I was not able to make it to sign the papers, and she bailed me out again. My wife and I are troublesome clients for a professional, but Rosetta always happily finds a remedy for our shortcomings. I have dealt with six Realtors in the past. Rosetta is far and away the best and most dependable that I have had the pleasure of working with, and we will be making use of her services again. We now consider her a friend of the family.
